In 2017, with the hope of a new beginning, Postres Nayara was born.The idea came about during my daughter Nayara's pregnancy, a time of change that inspired me to pursue my passion for creative baking. What began as a dream slowly became a reality: an artisanal bakery in Playa Honda, Lanzarote. During those first years, I began to experiment with recipes and projects, shaping what is now Postres Nayara, a place where creativity and tradition meet in every sweet we make.
